The odd thing to me is that the “anti-God” coalition seems as angry reactionary, and judgmental as the “religious” side of the debate. It’s all quite funny. No one is ever going to convince anyone to change his or her beliefs (of disbelief). Especially through debate. The only way I can know God, the divine, the sacred, the creator is through experience. Not intellect. I love my son. I love music. Both of those things touch my heart. No one could ever debate me and convince me that the reason they touch my heart is because of some social or physiological or behavioral wiring. I know. I feel. I experience.
